Terms & Conditions
Team players, officials, and parents are expected to behave in the spirit of sportsmanship and fair play. Serious and/or repeated incidents of poor sportsmanship may result in a team's expulsion from the tournament with no refund of entry fees.
Tournament registrations are limited and are given on a first-come-first-serve basis and only full payment will ensure you are eligible and accepted into the Tournament. Payment in full is due upon completing the Tournament registration form. Payments can be made online through PayPal. Your spot in the Tournament is not secure until your payment has been processed and accepted.
Tournament Team Cancellation Policy
A $25.00 processing fee will be charged, for any cancellation by a Tournament team or team's representative, prior to 30 calendar days of the Tournament start date. As stated below, there will be no refund for any cancellations within 30 days of the Tournament start date.
All cancellation requests are to be made in writing and sent via email to firstname.lastname@example.org. The payment refund shall be determined as follows:
100% less $25 processing fee if the written cancellation is received before Thursday, December 26, 2019.
No refund for any cancellations within 30 days of the Tournament start date (on or after December 26, 2019)
*PayPal Refunds have a 2.9% Fee that is unavoidable from the processing company. Any refund paid through PayPal will be subject to this fee and will be reduced from the total refund returned*
Weather Related Tournament Policy
Safety permitting, every attempt will be made to play the tournament as scheduled. The tournament adheres to the weather policies outlined by Forsyth County Parks & Recreation. This may require a shift in game start times. If it is not possible to play because of unsafe weather conditions, the tournament may be rescheduled to the published alternate inclement weather day or canceled.
Refunds for Cancelled Games
There is always a risk that the weather may cause games to be canceled. Refunds payable to teams for canceled games will reflect the fact that some tournament expenses are fixed, and so refunds will be calculated on covering these expenses. We work hard with our vendors to minimize these incurred expenses if forecasts indicate potential inclement weather.
I hereby give my full consent to Lambert Soccer Boosters to record my child's participation in any programs or events associated with Lambert Soccer 3v3 Tournament. Further, I hereby transfer and assign to Lambert Soccer Boosters the exclusive right to use and to authorize others to use said images, video, and audio recordings for promotional use. I understand that my child's image may be used, but their name or personal information will never be shared publicly without additional, separate consent.
3v3 Referral Program and Eligibility
To be eligible for the referral program:
You must have a child registered to play in the tournament and fully paid
You must be 18 years or older to be part of this Program
A Referral Bonus of $25.00 can be earned as follows:
You refer a new team to register
A new team qualifies when all registered players, at the time of check-in, are not returning players from last year
The new team lists your name on their electronically submitted registration form
You do not cancel your child's team registration, and your child's team checks in the day of the tournament
Referral bonuses can be collected by eligible participants the day of the tournament after the lunch period
Lambert Soccer Boosters reserve the right to cancel the 3v3 Referral Program without prior notice in its entirety or for a specific referrer at any time for any reason. All questions or disputes regarding eligibility for the 3v3 Referral Program will be resolved by Lambert Soccer Boosters in its sole discretion.
